Refund policy

We legal terms applicable, Starke makes it possible to exchange ou devolution of the items ordered and received within 15 calendar days from delivery.


The customer must, therefore, contact our team by email to notify the need for a return or exchange: hello@starketraining.store.


Only products that are in good condition with their packaging will be accepted. Assessment e original.


It is important to reiterate that all items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and will only be accepted for exchange or refund if they comply with the return conditions set out.


If the customer wishes to be refunded, we inform you that:

  • The refund will be made by Bank transfer;
  • Shipping costs to our facilities will be under customer responsibility;
  • O Refund will only be processed after verification of returned products.
